Join Erin McGuire, ERYT-500 Yoga teacher, Strategic Interventionist through Madanes-Robbins Coaching Program and Energy Healer as she leads the girls through powerful discussion, take home tools, somatic movements-to get grounded in the body and teachings in empowerment.

Erin created her Empowered Women Program in 2018 and it was always a dream to bring this to young girls and teens.  Erin grew up in a trauma filled home, was bullied extensively in 7th-9th grade for how she looked and because of all of that she had many limiting beliefs of not being good enough and low self worth. 

Schedule

  • October 13: Managing Anxiety + Empowered Feelings-Emotional Intelligence

  • October 20: Sensitivity is my super power-unshaming who we are

  • October 27: Self love + Manifesting Our Desires

About Erin McGuire

Erin is an ERYT-500 certified yoga teacher trainer, Strategic Interventionist with Robbins, Maddes Coaching, Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Retreat Leader.  She has been teaching yoga since 2009, and has been a coach and healer since 2010.  She is a content creator and has several online programs and does group and one on one sessions.  Her work is to free and empower her clients to be who they really are and unshame themselves so that they can experience life with more joy and peace.  She has worked with hundreds of people over the last 12 years doing just that.  She has also coached young girls after their mothers would come to her for empowerment work, they began sending their daughters to her and that is how Empowered Girls started.
