Challenge to Change - Kids Yoga

During this weekly class young yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join Ms. McKenzie for this fun and engaging class. 

Classes will take place on Wednesdays, 5 - 6pm at Centrally Rooted.
