For the First Time Ever: Community Singing at Centrally Rooted! 

Experience a song circle right here at Centrally Rooted! All voices are welcome! There will be 5 songs taught on the spot and sung in a group! All songs are taught in a paperless practice style (See more below) Group singing is proven to provide our minds and bodies with so many benefits. We can boost our immune system, calm our heart rate, release the happy chemicals dopamine and serotonin, and reduce stress hormones! Group singing also builds social bonds faster than other activities. With all these benefits, community singing offers a form of group singing that is low pressure, non performative, and for everyone!
