Cancellation Policy

Usage: - The Recording Studio can be utilized by teachers, students, or any public community members. - A Centrally Rooted audio engineer must be present for any recording usage in the studio. - For each 6 months a Rooted Lesson student is enrolled, they are eligible for 2 hours of studio time with their teacher, during lesson times, scheduled to be used with an audio engineer present. Scheduling/Payment: - All studio time must be requested and approved by the Centrally Rooted team. This will allow Centrally Rooted to coordinate with our audio engineers to ensure someone is available. - Requests for studio usage must be made no less than three business days prior to the date of the session. - An initial deposit of $50 must be made at the time of requesting studio use. - Studio time is available at a cost of $50 per hour - Cost may also include the hours an engineer spends mixing/mastering your project, if you are in need of those services. - Studio cost totals must be paid in full at the time of reservation. - Any cancellation made with less than 24-hours notice will not be refunded. Conduct: - Only five people are allowed to be in the recording space during a session, including the audio engineer. (Exceptions can be made upon request for larger ensembles/project teams) - Everyone using the space must treat recording space, equipment, and Centrally Rooted’s facility with care and respect. - Anyone using our space must treat our audio engineers with respect. - We reserve the right to deny anyone access to our facility. - We reserve the right to have anyone leave the premises. - No food or drink is allowed in the studio space– only water, in a sealable bottle, is allowed into the studio. Other food or drink may be consumed in the building's common spaces.
