Practice Room Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for renting a practice room at Centrally Rooted:

1. I understand that the practice rooms are to be left in the same condition as they were found, including returning any equipment or furniture to its original position.

2. I agree that no more than two individuals will occupy the practice room during the rental period.

3. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in this waiver may result in expulsion from the premises without a refund.

4. I understand that the practice rooms are not completely soundproof, and I will take necessary precautions to minimize noise disturbance to others.

5. I agree to vacate the practice room and have all personal belongings packed and removed by the end of the rental period.

6. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damages incurred to the practice room or its equipment during my rental period and agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

7. I understand that the use of illegal substances or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

8. I agree to follow all additional rules and guidelines provided by Centrally Rooted staff or management.
