Clarinet Day Registration

On June 8th from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm at Centrally Rooted, there will be a jam-packed day filled with all things clarinet! Clarinetist  Ana Maria Locke will guide intermediate clarinetists in a masterclass, a  fundamentals workshop, and exploration of performance anxiety. Vocalist  and trained yoga instructor, Megan Gloss, will offer a yoga for  musicians class to start the day! Youth participants will demonstrate  all they have learned in an end-of-the-day FREE clarinet choir  performance that is FREE for all to attend.

Upon completion of Clarinet Day, each clarinetist will be eligible for one free lesson with Ana Maria, dates TBD. Cost: $50 Ages: 14-18 Participants  will need to bring their clarinet, reeds, and a notebook with a pencil  for notes. They will also need to wear comfortable clothes for yoga and  bring jeans and a black top for the performance at the end of the day. To participate in our event, complete the registration form and submit  payment in advance. This will help us plan for supplies, music, and  masterclasses. Note: Participants must have at least 2 years of  playing experience on the clarinet to join this event. This requirement  ensures that the music chosen will be challenging but positive for all  participants involved. This year, there will be four  15-minute spots available for participants to sign up and perform for Ana Maria. Slots will be given on a first-come, first served basis to those who complete the form and payment.
